Marchington will open 12 gardens as part of their Festival Weekend on 22nd and 23rd June 2023 from 11 to 5pm. Some of our gardens are new for 2023.

 

Proceeds go to our charming Community shop which opened some 12 years ago and is staffed by an enthusiastic band of volunteers. 

 

Tickets are available and can be purchased from Marchington Community Shop from 22nd May and on the day. They will also be on sale in nominated gardens.  They are priced at £5 (under 16s are free) and are valid for both days.

 

Garden lovers will be able to purchase plants on their way round the village and while you are walking around you can also enjoy the many other activities on offer, including our amazing scarecrows.  Please do not forget to vote for your winner!

 

There will be several refreshment opportunities around the village.  Savour delicious cream teas, homemade cakes, ploughman’s lunches and bacon rolls, as well as a little tipple here and there! Why not start Festival Day with breakfast at the shop. Details HERE

 

There is a free official car park and we are offering a courtesy shuttle bus to help you make the most of our beautiful village.
